Ruff Construction is hiring a commercial superintendent to run restaurant buildouts, franchise tenant improvements and retail/office TI across Colorado. You own the site from mobilization to closeout: schedule, safety, subs, inspections and quality.
We self-perform carpentry and sub the rest, so you need to run trades and read the whole job, not just manage a schedule.
What You'll Do
- Daily site management: schedule, look-aheads, sub coordination, deliveries
- Safety program on site; toolbox talks, inspections, incident reporting
- Quality control against drawings and specs; punch lists and closeout
- Daily logs and photos in JobTread; weekly owner and architect updates
- Inspections and jurisdiction coordination (Pueblo, El Paso, statewide)
What You Bring
- 5+ years running commercial sites as a superintendent or assistant super
- Restaurant, franchise or tenant-improvement experience preferred
- OSHA 30 preferred (required within 90 days; we pay for it)
- Valid driver's license; travel to jobsites across Colorado
